MULTI PLY LAMINATED PTFE (TEFLON) GLASS CONVEYOR BELTS

Using the latest technology, FIBERFLON manufactures the FIBERLAM Multi-Ply Belts. When several PTFE/glass layers consolidated together to form a belt, the result is exceptional. FIBERLAM belts provides a consistent product quality and also allows the belt to perform well in higher machine running speed. Multi ply belts meet extremely high application requirements like release and abrasion properties. FIBERLAM Multi Ply belts can be supplied as endless with a very smooth joint or specially prepared belt ends for on-site welding. The Prime Surface seals the entire surface of PTFE coating evenly. This special technique was formulated to enrich the qualities of the FIBERLAM multi-ply belts to show extraordinary resistance to abrasion and easy release. FIBERFLON manufactures FIBERLAM Multi-Ply belts up to 3.5 meters (138") wide.
